How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your bike sooner.
Does my GLERC bike come fully assembled?
Our bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled. The remaining assembly is straightforward and includes installing the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. Tools and instructions are included in every box.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for bikes in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
How do I choose the right size bike?
Each product page features a detailed size guide based on height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more stable ride or sizing down for more agile handling.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do GLERC bikes come with a warranty?
